WHAT IS PRINT3D ALL ABOUT?
PRINT3D is a LEAP (Leeds Enterprise Advisory Programme) company operating out of The Grammar School At Leeds.
Our primary business idea involves the design and creation of unique phone cases through the use of cutting-edge 3D printing technology. The state-of-the-art 3D printers generously provided by KORA allow us to offer cheap, and often personalised, phone-cases otherwise unavailable to the average modern consumer.
Alongside our phone-cases, we also offer a range of printed hoodies, generally themed for occasions, such as Christmas or Valentines Day for example.
Tying in with this idea, we have utilised our strategic positioning within a school to secure 'trip hoodie' orders for various school trips that are taking place throughout the school year.
THE TEAM
MEGAN
Managing Director Megan is the calm, composed head on the wild body that is our team. Wise beyond her years (except when it comes to Maths), we can trust her to make well-informed, thought-out decisions for the team.
Lauren
As one half of the marketing team, Lauren is a key part of PRINT3D's creative core. Lauren's contributions to the team never lack imagination or energy. They just sometimes lack quality.
Abhijeet
With a flair for maths and a love of money, Abhijeet is the perfect man for the role of Finance Manager. Always keen to crunch some numbers and create a needless spreadsheet or two, he is adamant that he is indispensible to the team.
Gabrielle
The other half of our marketing team, Gabrielle is our other artistic spark. Never short of original ideas, she is pivotol to the design and advertisement facets of our team. But she lives really far away guys...
Kaiser
Production Manager Kaiser is the man with the connections. Give him an order and a deadline and you can be sure he'll meet it. Not being the quietest of chaps, Kaiser makes quite sure that his opinions on all team matters are always heard.
Will
With a penchant for discipline and a fixation with whips, Will was eager to be elected Human Resources Director. Always quick to ensure that the team is working smoothly, we know him as PRINT3D's motivator and peacemaker.
Harry
As another member of the HR department, Harry plays a pivotal role in reinforcing every aspect of the team, helping out wherever possible. It has been noted that he is never far away when a sale is being made. Some say he can smell the money...
PHOEBE
Company secretary (a.k.a scribe), Phoebe, is well-known for her great handwriting. However, it has often been said that she is limited by her intelligence. Nevertheless, her incessant singing/humming/yapping is always sure to buoy team spirits.
Miheer
With no set role in the team, Miheer dabbles in all aspects of PRINT3D's day-to-day running and is always on hand to lend support to any member of the team. One might say that Miheer has his fingers in multiple pies.
KARANDEEP
Karandeep, otherwise known as 'The King of Chic', can always be relied upon to deliver sales pitches as smooth as his shirt-tie combinations (but red-striped shirt with gold tie... really?) As Sales Director, amongst other things, Karandeep makes sales and organises orders, whilst making sure he's always looking fly.
